CanTalent.id is a platform that facilitates connections between global employers and verified Indonesian recruitment agencies. We conduct a 47-point verification process on all agencies in our network to ensure legal compliance, operational standards, and ethical practices. Our services are provided to you free of charge. We are compensated by our verified agency partners through a membership fee, and we do not take any direct payment from employers or agencies for introductions.

We do not guarantee employment for job seekers or a successful hire for employers but provide a pre-vetted network to increase the likelihood of a successful match. Any formal contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), or payment arrangements are to be made directly between you and the partnered agency. We are not a party to these agreements and assume no responsibility or liability for them.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the contact form on our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use our services in a lawful and ethical manner.
• Not interfere with the operation of our services.
• Not use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

Since we do not require users to create an account, any relationship you have with us by submitting a request is non-contractual and can be terminated by either party at any time without formal notice.

We conduct a 47-point verification process to ensure our partners are legitimate and high-quality. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of third-party agencies or any issues that may arise from your direct engagement with them after our introduction.

5.3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanTalent.id and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CanTalent.id, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation, any privacy or intellectual property right.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Jakarta, Indonesia.
